Fresh Green Waste Before Shredding

At Green waste solutions, we have been processing your green waste since 2005, starting initially with a lone Willibald High speed shredder (Grinder), we have now expanded and have three high speed shredders, the shredders are of German origin, and are, we believe the best green waste shredder on the market.

We process the green waste down to a fine mulch , then, after the correct maturation period, we screen the product through one of our state of the art McCloskey Trommel screeners. A Trommel Screen works on the same principal as a giant automatic sieve, it has a cylindrical drum screen which allows only the required size particles to pass through onto the fines belt which produces your compost fines, this is then compost, which can either be spread back on to your own land, used as a soil improver, or bagged and sold as a potting compost.

We currently work for a wide variety of clients from the smallest one man gardening company right up to nationally recognisable waste companies processing in excess of 30,000 tonnes per annum.

All of our clients, no matter how big or small, receive from us the same level of care. We personally visit sites before any work is carried out to give binding quotations.

All of our shredding and grinding machines are supplied with fully experienced operators, whilst our Trommel screeners can be hired with or without operatives.
